What is the foreign exchange market Forex?
- The Foreign Exchange market (also know as FOREX) is the biggest financial market in the world where the trading of currencies is conducted. With over 3.2 trillions USD in daily volume (Statement: Bank for International Settlements, April 2007), it is the biggest, most dynamic and most liquid capital market in the world. For a rough comparison, the American Stock Market would need a half of the year to reach the daily volume of the Forex market. What yields can I expect if I decide to invest?
- In the year 2009 our average monthly yield in the stable plan was 8,6%. Only in one month the trading result was negative with the loss of -7,3%. These are net results for the investors - our 50% profit share is already taken in consideration. The normal plan made about 50% higher yields (approx.13%) and the aggressive plan 100% higher yields (approx.17%).

NOTE: If the investor left the capital and all the yields the whole year in the account, you have to consider that the compounding effect and the yields plus principal over the whole year are even bigger as the principal was rising each month. Example: 25.000 USD start investment has raised in the year 2009 to 57.166,70 USD.

Which investment plans can I choose?
- To satisfy different wishes and risk acceptances we offer three plans based on the risk which you accept and, as the consequences, reach a higher yield or possible loss. When you open your account you choose the plan which suits you the best. With higher risk also higher losses can be made. We recommend Stable plan *.

Is my Investment tied with a time-term or can I withdraw it whenever I wish?
- You can withdraw your money whenever you wish. Only you have the access to your capital and can withdraw it whenever you wish. BUT we would appeal on fairness not to withdraw your whole investment before the broker does not carry out the profit share calculation, which is normally made at the beginning of each month. If we make notice that you undertake such action, we reserve the right not to manage your trading account anymore. The withdrawal of yields is less problematic. Who can access the capital on my trading account?
- All withdrawals and deposits can be made only from you as the owner of the trading account. We do now have the access to the money in your account. With a special declaration you only give us the right to manage the capital in your account and taking a portion of the profit we create in it. The division of profits is made by the broker at the beginning of each month.

What are my costs if I become your customer?
- The entry commission 5% of the value of your invested principal and profit distribution based on investment size:

40% of monthly profits
35% of monthly profits

What happens with the monthly yield? Is it added to the principal?
- Yes, all the profits are added to the principal in the account. If you would withdraw all your yields on a monthly basis, you can look at the table shown in point two and see how much you would earn each month.

Can you guarantee the yields?
- Each investment holds a certain level of risk with it. Trading on the forex market is by a definition a high risk investment and for that reason we cannot guarantee any yields. But it is in our interest to achieve positive yields because if you are saisfied, that is the only way that we also get paid.

But what if the negative trading results reduce my principal and I do not make any real profit - will you take your percentage anyway?
- As long as your principal is not of the same value as the one you invested, we will not take any percentage of the positive trading yields. All the yields remain in your account. When we reimburse your principal, only after that point we will again take the percentage on all positive trading results. But if you would not feel comfortable with our trading at that time, you can simply withdraw the money from your account.

Do you in any case stop your trading before the end of the month?
- Yes, we might. In accordance with our managing rules and in the best interest of our investors, we might decide to stop the trading at any point in the month to secure positive trading results for our investors.

With which Brokers will you/or can I open my Forex money managed account?
- Currently we cooperate with two Brokers. That is Alpari (www.alpari.co.uk) and ACM Gold (www.acmgold.co.uk). At the moment, we prefer to work with ACM Gold, because of a better trading platform and prompt account opening but if you prefer, you can open your account with Alpari.

Can I open my trading account by myself?
- Yes, of course you can. But if you decide so, please, step in a contact with us, as you have to sign some special documents before we can trade with your account. Generally, the fastest way is if you open your account using our services, but the final decision how you want to do it is yours.

13.

Can I open multiple accounts with the broker and use them for different trading plans (stable, aggressive,...)?
- Yes, you can do so with any broker. Or you can ask your personal consultant of Vitaurium to arrange this for you. Normally, it takes 24 hours for the additional accounts to be opened.

Can I follow your trading on my managed account?
- All the customers with an Investment over 100.000 EUR automatically get instructions for the installation of proper software for tracking the trading in their account. All theother customers can have the access for an additional fee of 290 EUR/monthly. Reason: In the past, we had customers which misused this information for their own business making.

15.

How do you keep me informed about the trading?
- Each customer receives at least once a month a copy of the trading report of their account directly from the broker. Other arrangements on more frequent informing is also possible.

Do you offer also trading signals for independent self-trading?
- Yes. Only for personal use and in dependence of the desired yields. If you are interested, please contact us.

17.

Which strategies are used for successful trading?
- The trades are short and fast - also called Scalping. Normally, the positions get closed in seconds or minutes. Draw downs are kept to a minimum. The main trader in the group uses his own strategy which he developed in the last 7 years. Only two crosses are traded; EUR/USD and GBP/USD. The traders use also self developed software which is used as an assistance. All trading is performed manually, which additionally makes the trading more secure.

Is the Trader one person or are there more people involved?
- One main trader, who has three assistants. The group also form two analysts. The main trader has a reputable trading history. He works for banks, hedge funds and other big organizations. Name of main trader will remain confidential, because of the business reasons, as also on his request.

Can I see any history of the trading (old trading reports)?
- Yes, the history is available and can be handed out. Please, contact us.

Can I trade on the Forex market alone?
- Yes. But to achieve positive yields, you have to learn a lot about the market, you need a lot of time, a source of information which would help you, and a developed strategy of trading. Companies and individuals, who have all of the mentioned, are not always successful. We assume that you do not satisfy all of the written above, and we advise you to let your investment rather in the hands of qualified and professional traders like we have.

Can I loose my whole Investment?
- Theoretically yes, but we do undertake certain measurements to prevent this from happening. In addition to this, you can also choose the plan of risk which you are comfortable with. Until now, a complete loss of investment did not happen yet. We also use the stop-loss mechanisms, which would in certain point of loss stop any further trading. You are regularly informed about the trading, and in exceptional cases we consult with our customers on further steps.
